This is really simple to make and minimum effort required. It is tasty and nevertheless healthy =D
What you need:
Rice cooker
Rice
1 regular size tomato
1 teaspoon of table salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Diced/chopped celery (amount depends on individual preference)
Chopped chives (amount depends on individual preference)
Steps:
1) Rinse the rice and soak in water (water level enough to cover the rice)
2) Add in salt, black pepper, olive oil, celery and chives
3) Place the tomato above the rice
4) Switch on the rice cooker and wait till it's cooked.
5) Mash the tomato with the rice well. Enjoy !
