It was 11am when I arrived. Steph came first and the main organiser Jes was late ! She got lost and confused by Waze navigation app. LOLL !
The place wasn't as big as I had expected, looking at the pics which are available online. Nevertheless, it was quite simple. Perhaps the cafe owner was just thinking to have a minimal decoration.
We ordered poached egg on toast, omelette, french toast as our main courses. It was pretty much like what's offered in other cafes.
The poached egg didn't give us much surprises but we were good with it. It's RM10. Pricing wise was quite satisfying.
Here comes the french toast. It's soft and spreader with Nutella and sprinkled with slices of bananas. I personally like it and it's one of my favourites among the others. RM10 as well. Double Likes for this !
Mine was the omelette. There are beef bacons and a slice of golden cheese melted in it. The egg was soft and the bacons were just nicely grilled. It worths recommending to you =)
The drink selections are very much like the other cafes. Jes and Steph ordered latte and cappuccino. Both priced at RM10 each. I got myself a glass of blueberry juice or rather the blackcurrant. RM9 for that, tasted so so, just like the packaged drink. A little disappointment there.
We looked at the cakes on display and thought of giving it a try hence we ordered the Victoria cake. Sounds glamorous right ?! but it's just a very dry orange and vanilla cake with some fresh cream widely spread on the surface of it. RM13 for that piece of cake. I didn't like it but I'm not saying it's not good at all. Perhaps you would like ?
The whole dining experience was kinda pleasant but I did not feel like revisiting the store anytime soon.
