"Surely! Why not !?" Been waiting for someone to accompany me to this newly opened cafe in KL. It's a korean themed cafe despite having a French name.
I thought it would have looked like any other ordinary cafés. P.s. There are many cafés in KL !
Reached the place at about 12pm while Teng still happily shopping for her CNY clothes at H&M, just right opposite this cafe.
Waited for 10 minutes and managed to get a table for two just at the mezzanine floor. This cafe operates two floors. The bakeries are placed at level 1 and level 2 mostly for dining purpose.
Teng arrived and we ordered two different breakfast courses from the menu. She got herself the house breakfast while I insisted the egg Benedict. Each priced between RM10-15.
On top of the breakfast, we got ourselves mango yoghurt and a blue sparkling juice.
RM 7 each.
Lots of updates and laughters went on ... And yes ! Time for dessert :) nothing unique looking on display but we still managed to order 2 slices of cakes - sweet potato and red velvet. RM20 for two.
The sweet potato cake was a little special but I felt that it contained too much of cream. The red velvet was good ! Not too sweet plus a thin coating of cream, balanced up the sweetness with slight saltiness. Yummsssss !
If you really wanna try the cake, I would suggest you to try the red velvet.
Overall dining experience was fine but the interior temperature was not pleasant. It's stuffy and we were literally sweating ! The glass panels arel used extensively in the premise, trapping heat in the shop and I would suggest the shop to improve on the ventilation.
